Kristin Kenney specializes in landlord representation services in the Tampa Bay area and has completed over 2 million SF of transactions for local clients. Kristin is currently the Landlord representative for 12 office buildings totaling over 1.8 million square feet of Class A office space in the Westshore, Tampa CBD, Pasco and Pinellas submarkets. Kristin began her real estate career with Cassidy Turley (formerly DTZ and now Cushman & Wakefield) in 2013.
