Kristin Repp, MAI

Kristin B. Repp is the Managing Director of CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) in Florida. In her role, Ms. Repp leads a team of approximately 65 professionals who provide valuation and advisory services involving all property types.

After spending much of her career in commercial appraisal, Ms. Repp transitioned into a leadership role. In 2021 she took over as Managing Director for the South Florida markets. In that role, she increased revenues by 35% and grew her team by 25% while increasing the team’s diversity. In 2022, her leadership responsibilities expanded to include CBRE’s West Florida markets, and in 2024, she assumed oversight of CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services business across the state of Florida.

With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Repp has extensive valuation experience and has served a broad range of clients including commercial and investment banks, REITs, insurance companies, private corporations, investors, owners, developers, and attorneys. Her expertise incorporates all types of valuation services including appraisals, market and feasibility studies, real estate portfolios, financial reporting, estate planning, property tax consulting, and litigation support.
