Kristin Repp is a Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) in Florida, leading a team of over 50 professionals across three core service lines: Valuation, Assessment & Consulting, and Property & Transaction Tax. With more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Kristin brings a deep and diverse background in valuation, construction, and brokerage to every client engagement.
In addition to overseeing statewide operations, Kristin contributes to the strategic growth of CBRE’s national VAS platform, which includes 800+ professionals across 90+ offices. Her valuation expertise spans a wide range of services including appraisals, feasibility studies, portfolio analysis, financial reporting, estate planning, property tax consulting, and litigation support.
Kristin has served a broad spectrum of clients—from REITs and investment banks to developers, legal professionals, and institutional investors—delivering insights that drive confident decision-making in complex real estate environments.
