Kristina Kimpling is the Senior AS Operations Administrator in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market. She is responsible for preparation of the annual budget, monthly financial reforecasting and profitability monitoring. As the liaison between People and the field management staff of over 70 employees, Kristina supports all operational and procedural initiatives. She provides support for department business planning, transitioning new business and dispositions, as well as ensuring the implementation of and adherence to CBRE’s standards and policies.
Kristina has been with CBRE since 2010, when she began her career in Brokerage as Senior Administrative Assistant to the Minneapolis Market Leader and Senior Office Operations Manager.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kristina was employed by Wells Fargo Bank for more than five years, most recently as a Service Manager for the company’s retail banking operations.
