Kristina Konen

Kristina Konen is a Senior Business Training Specialist with expertise in developing training for client services and producer support professionals in the United States and Canada. She has been a part of the commercial real estate landscape since 2008, bolstering her portfolio with roles such as Sr. Capital Markets Operations Coordinator with a Capital Markets team in the Phoenix office and Director of Marketing at GPE Companies, now Avison Young Phoenix.

With a career in marketing and graphic design that dates back to 1996, Kristina has proven expertise in coordinating, designing, and distributing marketing assets and maintaining brand consistency across print, web, and social media platforms.

Kristina is chair of the CBRE Cares Phoenix chapter, a Women’s Network member, an ally member in Black Excellence, LGBTQ & Allies, and HOLA. Outside of work, Kristina loves to paddleboard, is an avid bookworm, and enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her husband.
