Kristina Konen

Kristina Konen is a Sr. Training Specialist for the West Region and is dedicated to the development and training of all client services and producer support professionals in the region. The main initiatives for the role are to refresh and enhance new hire training and onboarding, work with current team members to deliver a peer-led training program and to standardize the Client Services manual updating process.

Kristina has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2008 and has been a marketing/graphic design professional and photographer since 1996. In her most recent position, she was a Sr. Capital Markets Operations Coordinator for a large Capital Markets team in the CBRE Phoenix office, coordinating, designing and distributing all the marketing assets for the team. Prior to joining CBRE, Kristina was the Director of Marketing at GPE Companies (Avison Young Phoenix) for six years, maintaining a consistent branding message via print, web and social media for the company.

Kristina is currently a delegate for the CBRE Women's Network Phoenix Chapter, a Black Excellence member (Ally), LGBTQ & Allies member (Ally), and is a co-chair of the CBRE Cares Phoenix chapter. When not working on projects, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband.
