Kristina Marabyan

Kristina Marabyan is a Client Services Specialist in CBRE’s Investment Properties/Capital Markets department. She joined CBRE in June 1997 and as a current member of Barbara Emmons’ team, she is focused on providing direct support to her and maintaining the business needs of the team. While working closely with Barbara, she is primarily responsible for the investment sales process, due diligence and the efficient day-to-day operations of the team. She is also a member of CBRE’s National Partners, fifteen industry leaders acting as one within a partnership model.

Kristina started with CBRE while a senior in high school, as a part time employee.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.

Kristina is a valuable asset to the team, contributing expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.  She has also made an impression for having developed a strong rapport with Barbara’s top clients who feel comfortable approaching her for information and a steady flow of communication. Kristina is dedicated to her team, is professional and extremely organized and detail oriented.
