Kristina Sung Kepner

Kristina Sung Kepner joined CBRE in July 2026 as Deputy General Counsel and leads the global legal team supporting CBRE's Enterprise Facilities Management, Local Facilities Management and Critical Infrastructure Services businesses. She partners closely with senior business leaders to enable growth, navigate complex commercial and operational matters and manage legal and enterprise risks.

Before joining CBRE, Kristina served as SVP and Deputy General Counsel at United Natural Foods, where she led the commercial legal team supporting the company's wholesale and retail businesses. Throughout her career, she has partnered with global businesses on complex commercial, strategic and operational matters while building scalable and high-performing legal teams and modernizing legal service delivery through technology, process improvement and innovative ways of working. In addition to her commercial legal leadership, Kristina also led mergers & acquisitions and enterprise risk and resilience functions, including enterprise risk management, business continuity, crisis management and insurance. Previously, she held senior legal leadership roles at Johnson Controls International and Cardinal Health.
