“The purpose of this email is to express our gratitude for the great job Kurt Klapperich did in the recent sale of the property at 10101-10111 W. Capital Drive, Wauwatosa, for the Max M. Lubotsky Trust.
The property had been in the Lubotsky Family since 1961 and in 2002 it became the principle asset in the Max M. Lubotsky Trust. As a trustee, I had been deeply involved in attempts to sell the property since 2005 and had worked with four realtors prior to Kurt without success.
Kurt was clear about the price range we could expect to make a sale, and if we accepted that range, he promised that he could sell it in 2014. We relied on Kurt’s knowledge and expertise and Kurt lived up to his promise in every way.

“May I acknowledge how much my brother Tom and I appreciated the sales help of Kurt Klapperich to sell our two office buildings on South Howell Avenue.
We initially went with a different broker who listed the property without doing a financial spread sheet and took our number, which we learned later, was way too high. That wasted 6 months.
Kurt came on the scene as recommended by another owner of a neighboring building that he had sold some years earlier.
The CBRE sign went up and I expected the phone to ring. I was wrong as there were no calls from the sign over the entire 11 months of our sales process.
Every showing came from Kurt’s 33 years of working with and networking with his current and referral customer base.
Not once in any of the building tours did Kurt deviate from his knowledge of the property or his financial notes to back up our listed sale price. He remembered every detail he had picked up and included them in his presentation. The prospect would be off track or confused and Kurt would be right back to his facts.
I learned a lot about how his contacts with the right people and his stick to it attitude made these buildings sell. Yes it helps to have a well maintained property but his extra touch made it happen.
Both buildings sold for the full asking price with no concessions thanks to Kurt’s last efforts as the sale was not really done until they were fully confident in their decision, Kurt kept enforcing the positive numbers for this to happen.
Now with the buildings sold after 40 years of owner/manager and 52 years in the insurance business I will retire on August 1, 2017. Kurt helped make this possible.
I should include how much extra time and effort Kurt and I spent clearing up the title/deed on the last building as it was never recorded properly. Kurt found us an attorney who in 2 days had us ready to close.
I will refer Kurt Klapperich to anyone who would like to sell their commercial property. We could not have done this without him. –
