Professional Experience
Kyle Cohen is an Associate within CBRE’s Institutional Hotels Debt & Structured Finance team. In this role, Kyle is primarily responsible for financial analysis and underwriting, transaction management, and the preparation of offering materials for all institutional hotel debt and equity placements.
Prior to joining CBRE in June 2022, Kyle served as an Associate in the Capital Markets Group at Hodges Ward Elliott, which closed over $10 billion of financings since he joined in late 2019. Prior to Hodges Ward Elliott, Kyle was an integral part of building the hospitality practice at Delos Living.
Kyle graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance.
