Kyle Fisher is a strategic leader in CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics division, serving as First Vice President and head of a top-performing industrial team based in Jacksonville. He provides advisory, transactional, and management services to institutional owners, developers, and occupiers across the Southeastern U.S., with deep expertise in both landlord and tenant representation.

Prior to rejoining CBRE, Kyle served as Development Manager for the Southeast with DHL Supply Chain’s Real Estate Solutions Team, where he led site selection and expansion initiatives across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He partnered with major enterprise clients to execute logistics facility development strategies in high-demand industrial markets.

Kyle’s background includes over 10 million square feet in completed transactions nationwide. He leverages market data, and long-standing relationships to execute complex deals and deliver lasting value for his clients.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time at the beach with his family and staying active on the tennis court. Kyle was a First Team All-American at Clemson University in Men’s Soccer and went on to play for CF Montreal in Major League Soccer before moving into commercial real estate.
