Kyle Frankenfeld is a Valuation Associate with CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services group in Austin, Texas. He is a member of the Lodging and Hospitality Group at CBRE, specializing in the valuation of limited and select service hospitality properties. In addition to hospitality properties, Mr. Frankenfeld has contributed to appraisals in a wide variety of properties including retail/commercial, multifamily residential, office, and land developments.
