Kyle Fried

Kyle Fried is a Senior Associate with CBRE's Investment Properties team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use assets. He advises private investors and owner-users on investment strategy, valuation, underwriting, and transaction execution.

Prior to joining CBRE, Kyle was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets throughout Southern California with Seaway Properties Real Estate, Inc., where he evaluated investment opportunities across multiple asset classes and assisted clients through all phases of the transaction process.

Kyle earned his MBA in Finance, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University and completed the CCIM curriculum. With a strong foundation in investment analysis, financial modeling, and commercial real estate strategy, he helps clients identify opportunities, evaluate risk, and maximize value.

In addition to his commercial real estate experience, Kyle serves in the Air National Guard as an Instructor and Evaluator Pilot with more than 2,135 flight hours in the RC-26, C-27, and MQ-9 aircraft. His military service includes support of Operation Inherent Resolve, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Southern Spear and the Global War on Terror.
