Kyle Kujala joined CBRE in 2012 as a researcher supporting brokerage services in research processes and procedures throughout Miami-Dade County. He provides advanced research and statistical data about the commercial real estate markets in and around Miami-Dade County to CBRE brokers and their clients throughout Florida and the United States. His research capabilities include the collection of market data, identifying and analyzing trends within the market, and applying commercial real estate knowledge to produce quarterly market reports and specialized projects.
In addition, Kyle specializes in the development of creative solutions allowing the research department to operate more efficiently. He has been recognized for the creation of numerous tools that are utilized throughout the region.
Kyle brings over four years of diversified real estate experience to CBRE, and has held prior positions involving research, development, property management and residential sales. Kyle’s background, along with his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Management from Grand Valley State University, give him strong knowledge of industrial, office, retail, residential and land real estate fundamentals.
