Kyle Murphy is an Industrial Specialist with CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics Advisory & Transaction Services group located in Jacksonville, Florida. A former professional soccer player with a background in sales and marketing, Kyle brings a wealth of discipline, mental toughness, and a passion for teamwork to the industry.
Kyle is skilled in leasing and sales transactions with expertise in site selection and development. The decorated veteran center forward strategically works with every one of his clients to exceed their specific real estate needs and works to maximize value in every real estate transaction by applying his knowledge and expertise.
Kyle understands that individual goals contribute to making a team the best it can be and has partnered with Senior Vice President Gary Marcy and Vice President Jack Buckley, two tenured industrial brokers in the Northeast Florida Market. Together, the team advises investors, developers, landlords, and tenants in all facets of their real estate strategies.
Kyle has recently moved to Jacksonville, Florida, and joined CBRE to begin his exciting new career.
Before joining CBRE, Kyle Murphy had an 8-year record-setting professional soccer career and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Clemson University.
