Before entering the appraisal profession, Mr. Armbruster studied Agribusiness at Angelo State University.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Armbruster has developed broad experience in valuation and consulting services across commercial, farm and ranch, and right of-way and condemnation assignments throughout Texas. His experience includes work on behalf of major national lenders, government agencies, engineering and acquisition firms, and local and regional lenders, among other public and private sector clients.
Mr Armbruster is an American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers member and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas.
