Associated Office
Lacey Nobbe is an Associate with CBRE, focusing on Retail real estate advisory and transaction services in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region. She specializes in tenant and landlord representation, supporting national and regional clients, while also handling multiple property listings.
Lacey partners with landlords to target potential tenants, as well as negotiate and execute lease transactions. On the tenant side, Lacey supports clients through the site selection process, and negotiating leases to support tenant’s real estate needs.
Lacey began her career with CBRE in June of 2024, working alongside John Abraham and Mike Seliga on the Cincinnati Retail Team. A month prior, she graduated from the University of Cincinnati where she studied real estate and entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining CBRE, Lacey interned with Colliers Cincinnati, where she supported the research team by contributing to quarterly market reports, expanding the firm’s landlord database, and updating property comparables for brokerage teams.
