Lana Baldock

Lana Baldock specializes in office transactions in the Pacific Northwest. A Senior Vice President with CBRE, she has actively participated in over 1,200 lease and sale transactions representing more than 13.5 million square feet, with gross consideration of over $2.1 billion. Lana has been involved in over 984,000 square feet of ground up developments and has participated in office and office/flex property dispositions with a value of over $100 million. In addition to representing tenants in numerous markets across the U.S, Lana is currently working on agency leasing assignments in Portland totaling approximately 1.7 million square feet.
