Lance B. Orwig is a Senior Appraiser with over 20 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Orwig is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s McLean office in the Mid-Atlantic Region. His primary geographical location is Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Orwig is a member of the Washington DC Industrial, Retail and Land Development Groups. Since 2006 he specializes in the valuation of industrial distribution warehouse and R&D/flex properties, retail shopping centers, strip centers and stand-alone retail, and land development including residential subdivisions and larger commercial mixed-use planned urban developments. Mr. Orwig also has experience providing consultations, reviews, market studies, rent analyzes, and feasibility studies. His experience also encompasses a wide variety of property types including multifamily product, office buildings, churches and day care centers, and public charter schools.
