Lance Wilken

Lance Wilken has over 20 years of experience and a demonstrated record of success in delivering real estate solutions to clients. As the Senior Managing Director for the Western Division within Global Corporate Services, Mr. Wilken is responsible for regional operations and performance management as well as implementing key global and regional initiatives for our corporate clients.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Wilken was an Alliance Director for three CBRE corporate accounts: Microsoft, Group Health and Union Bank. As Alliance Director, Mr. Wilken was responsible for the delivery of solutions to these clients across all service lines, and was accountable for building integrated teams to service these important client relationships.

Before joining CBRE, Mr. Wilken was a Principal for the Trammell Crow Company. He was responsible for the Global Project Management team on the American Express account, including all aspects of project and development management, global strategic planning and occupancy management. In addition, he was responsible for building the regional project delivery teams to service American Express globally.
