Land Folkes is a commercial real estate broker specializing in the retail markets of San Antonio, Texas. He represents both landlords and tenants in leasing and sales transactions.
Land holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences from Texas Tech University, graduating in 2013. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry since the spring of 2018.
As a broker, Land has facilitated many high-value transactions totaling nearly $120 million in property sales and leases. Leveraging his expertise and long-standing relationships across the San Antonio market, he provides strategic guidance to clients regarding location selection, competitive properties, and financial analysis.
A lifelong resident of San Antonio, Land maintains a detailed understanding of local market trends, opportunities, and submarkets. This local knowledge is invaluable when advising tenant and investor clients.
Outside of his career, Land enjoys traveling abroad, cooking, and spending quality time with his family, friends, and his dogs.
