Lara Saab

Managing Director Lara Saab is the Market Leader of Property Management for the Greater Los Angeles area.

Lara is responsible for developing and implementing strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for more than 39 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties the company manages on behalf of building owners and investors.

Lara joined CBRE in 2015 and most recently served in the Greater Los Angeles market as the Senior Director of Property Management and as the Retail Practice Leader in the West. Lara has been an integral part of the leadership team with direct responsibility for retail business growth and more than 15 client relationships.

During her 20 years of industry experience, Lara has continued to build a solid reputation through her service focus and results-driven approach.

Lara brings over 20 years of comprehensive retail real estate experience with all aspects of property management including operations, financial performance, leasing, marketing, positioning, talent management, and retailer, tenant & community relations.

Prior to joining CBRE, Lara was the General Manager for the Westfield Corporation managing properties in the San Diego and San Francisco markets.
