Larry Melo

Larry Melo is a transformational leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and over thirty years of diverse real estate experience, demonstrating strong operational and financial skills.

As Vice President at CBRE, Larry oversees Full Spectrum Lab Services, leading a team that supports over 700 labs across various capabilities, including lab asset management, relocation, instrument repair and maintenance, metrology, monitoring, thermal projects, and thermal services.

Previously, Larry served as Sector Director for Capital Markets in CBRE’s Financial and Professional Services Sector, where he managed eight global accounts covering 100 million square feet of client space. He also served as the Global Alliance Director for State Street Bank and Fidelity.

Before joining CBRE, Larry gained valuable experience at Hines and C&W Services, honing his operational skills, leasing and marketing expertise, and project management abilities, particularly in tenant fit-outs and international expansion into Latin America.

Larry also worked for Cornerstone Properties as the senior leader responsible for in-sourcing property management, including building teams and processes for a successful transition. He was also part of the senior leadership team that facilitated the merger of Cornerstone and William Wilson Properties.
