Larry Melo

Larry Melo serves as the Global Alliance Director for the Fidelity account.  CBRE provides facility management, move and relocation management, and portfolio administration, as well as variable transaction management and project management, within Fidelity’s portfolio in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, India, and Ireland.

Larry has more than 20 years of professional experience providing operational leadership with P&L responsibility.  During his career, Larry has supported Hines Interest Limited Partnership’s expansion into Brazil and was a key member on a company-wide CMMS selection and implementation team.  As Vice President for Cornerstone Properties, he was responsible for internalizing property management for some 10 million square feet as part of a strategy to increase company profitability to position the company for sale. Prior to joining CBRE, Larry served as Senior Operations Director for DTZ, Inc. where he provided leadership and oversight of service delivery for some 30 million square feet of Class A properties in metropolitan Boston.

Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Larry held regional sales and operational leadership roles for Dover Elevator Company.
