As a Director of Global Transaction Management in CBRE’s Advisory and Transactions Group, Larry Weiss leads transaction teams for multi-million-sq.-ft. global account portfolios. His teams include transaction managers, brokers and analysts, responsible for all aspects of the account’s corporate real estate transactions including project scoping, site searches, lease negotiations, lease administration, portfolio asset management, reporting, analysis and strategy, and building consensus among stakeholders within corporate entities. He works closely with client leadership teams to drive efficiency in the real estate portfolio, optimize site selection and lease terms to support business needs, and re-shape workplace design and logistics.
Larry has more than 20 years of experience in corporate real estate, commercial brokerage, and asset management. He was a Senior Real Estate Asset Manager with Cassidy Turley, where he was responsible for managing a diverse national portfolio of 60+ properties valued at $130+ million. He also spent more than 10 years as a commercial real estate broker with CBRE, serving hospitals, developers, owners, non-profits, government and professional service firms and successfully completing 107 lease and sale transactions, consisting of 3.2 million square feet in aggregate, valued at $527 million. Prior to joining CBRE in 1999, he was with the NYS Metropolitan Transportation Authority conducting leasing and sale transactions on behalf of the Authority.
