Laura Koperek

Over the course of a 20-year tenure at CBRE, Laura Koperek has advanced from an entry-level role in Client Services to positions of increasing responsibility including leading enterprise sales training, standing up Knowledge Management, and most recently, Vice President of Learning & Development. This progression has equipped her with a deep understanding of both client and employee needs. She is known for her ability to identify best practices and connect people, ideas, and resources to drive revenue-generating outcomes. With a bias for action and a consultative leadership style, Laura excels at mobilizing resources and cultivating dynamic, engaged communities. She is committed to delivering impactful solutions that address urgent business needs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
