Laura Kubinski

Laura Kubinski is a member of the Global Corporate Services team and is responsible for multi-market Transaction Management Services and Portfolio Services for corporate client accounts.  With over 20 years of experience, Laura advises and collaborates with corporate clients to determine strategic portfolio objectives, provides programmatic real estate delivery solutions, and leads the transaction teams to ensure the successful execution of client’s real estate objectives.

Laura joined CBRE in 2005 and has held various leadership roles on several corporate client accounts as well as a multi-market brokerage role with CBRE Retail Services Group.  She is currently the Director of Transaction Management and Portfolio Services for Chevron.   Laura is a subject matter expert for CBRE in Retail Services as well as Transaction Management Services.

Prior to joining CBRE, Laura held various leadership roles within the Store Development Division of Albertson’s, Inc. and the Finance Division of May Department Stores-Payless Shoe Source.  In addition, Laura has an extensive real estate development background as the Vice President of Development for Powell Development Companies and from her tenure with the Store Development Division of Albertson’s, Inc.  She also has extensive M&A experience, including complicated governmental directed divestment transactions.

Laura has a B.B.A. from Boise State University and has completed M.B.A coursework from Washburn University. She is currently a member of both the CBRE AT&T (Transaction Management and Brokerage) Global Advisory Board and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
