Laura Taylor joined CBRE in 2014 and is currently a Senior Director of Transaction Management with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services. Previously, she served as a Transaction Manager and Contract Negotiator on a CBRE Global Workplace Solutions account for U.S. and global commercial and retail locations, and then transitioned to Legal Liaison for a Dallas-based Advisory & Transaction Services team. Laura has served over 100 CBRE clients utilizing her legal background and lease know-how to assist client’s legal counsel throughout the Lease negotiation process. 

Laura has negotiated over 3,000 real estate agreements for a wide array of properties, from office to industrial, healthcare to mixed-use facilities and portfolios. She serves as a vital member of the team by reviewing, redlining, drafting modifying and developing all relevant contracts/leases; utilizing corporate and client critical document guidelines and best practices; and developing strong relationships with CBRE clients. While Laura does not provide legal representation, she brings her unique skill set to provide quality and make the real estate process more efficient.
