Lauren Hageman is a Senior Client Services Specialist on a top producing industrial team in CBRE’s Saddle Brook, New Jersey office. Lauren’s role involves strategizing and developing industrial marketing materials for her team and clients on a local and national level. Her marketing specialties include: custom property marketing brochures, client-branded interactive presentations, custom maps and property website design. In addition to co-leading marketing efforts for her team, Lauren is responsible for compiling research data published in a quarterly market report that has become a business-critical decision tool relied upon owners and developers across the business. Her customer-service-driven approach, attention to detail and creativity has helped the industrial team achieve a strong win rate.
Prior to this role, Lauren worked as a Marketing Specialist for CBRE’s Tri-State Marketing team. In this capacity, she partnered with more than 100 brokerage professionals in Northern and Central New Jersey. She specialized in creating new business product with an industrial real estate focus.
Before to moving back home to New Jersey, Lauren worked as a Client Services Assistant in the CBRE Baltimore office supporting the Baltimore retail team.
