Lauren Hageman is a Senior Sales Support Associate on a top-producing
industrial team in CBRE’s Saddle Brook, New Jersey office. In her role, Lauren
leads the strategy and development of industrial marketing materials for her
team and clients at both the local and national levels. Her areas of expertise
include custom property marketing brochures, client-branded interactive
presentations, mapping, and property website design.
In addition to co-leading marketing efforts for her team, Lauren is
responsible for compiling research data published in a quarterly market
report. This report has become a business-critical decision-making tool
relied upon by owners and developers across the industry. Her customer
service–driven approach, attention to detail, and creativity have contributed
to the team’s strong win rate.
Prior to this role, Lauren served as a Marketing Specialist for CBRE’s Tri
State Marketing team, where she partnered with more than 100 brokerage
professionals across Northern and Central New Jersey. She specialized in
developing new business materials with a focus on industrial real estate.
Before returning to New Jersey, Lauren worked as a Client Services
Assistant in CBRE’s Baltimore office, supporting the retail brokerage team.
Outside of work, Lauren is a proud boy mom of two who enjoys
snowmobiling, being outdoors, tackling home projects, and traveling.
