Lauren Kelch is the Senior Director of Property Management for CBRE’s Houston market, where she oversees a 38 million square foot portfolio spanning office, life science, industrial, and retail assets. Known for pairing strategy with operational precision, Lauren leads business development and drives performance across diverse property types. She crafts solutions that align with each client’s priorities—amplified by CBRE’s global resources, analytics, and best practices. Backed by a high-performing team, Lauren ensures that property operations do more than run smoothly—they advance ownership’s broader vision and investment goals.

Lauren joined CBRE in October 2024, bringing a strong foundation in client-focused strategies. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Client Experience at Hines, where she specialized in enhancing service delivery and optimizing real estate performance to meet evolving client needs.
