Associated Office
Lauren Peng is the Associate Director of Asset Services in Portland. She brings significant experience, having worked in real estate management for more than 18 years, and deep expertise in all product lines as well as construction and new developments.
Prior to this role, Lauren managed CBRE's Asset Services line of business for Charlotte. Lauren managed two premier office towers in the SouthPark market while supervising management teams responsible for the portfolio. Lauren’s extensive experience in all aspects of management on very diverse and complex properties from shell construction through lease-up and operation provides an unique experience adding invaluable insight for our clients.
Lauren began her career with CBRE, opening NASCAR Plaza, a 20-story office tower sharing a city block and facilities such as parking and loading dock with the NASCAR Hall of Fame and a Convention Center ballroom. It opened as a LEED-certified building that houses mission critical operations for NASCAR Media Group, including their studios and production facilities for live television shows.
Prior to CBRE, Lauren served as a Construction Manager and Property Manager for EpiCentre, a complex mixed-use development in downtown Charlotte. The project included a 1,000-space parking deck and 250,000 SF of retail space consisting of nationally acclaimed restaurants, nightclubs, movie theatres and bowling alleys. It was constructed simultaneously with a hotel, residential condominiums and infrastructure improvement by the City of Charlotte.
Lauren also worked for Cousins Properties where she was instrumental in opening and managing Gateway Village, a one million square foot mixed-use development: as well as integrating the Johnson and Wales University into the Gateway Village Project.
