Laurie Grant, MAI is a Vice President with CBRE Debt & Structured Finance in Seattle, Washington. She has underwritten and closed over $2.5 billion in financing transactions. Her expertise includes analyzing and underwriting potential deals, market research, production of financing requests, coordinating the issuance and execution of loan applications and managing the processing and closing of loans, including document review and due diligence. She has experience in debt and structured financing for all commercial product types, including multifamily housing and hotels.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2003, Laurie was a commercial real estate appraiser, working at the Seattle firms of Schueler, McKown, Keenan & Young, Inc. and Kidder Mathews.
