As a leader of CBRE’s Global Workplace Strategy Practice, Laurie brings her skills in real estate, facility strategic planning and project management to her projects and teams. Laurie’s expertise is in creating and implementing customized workplace strategies in order to improve employee engagement, drive organizational change and enhance business performance. Working with project teams, Laurie focuses her strengths in work process analysis and strategy development to uncover, synthesize and translate collected data into responsive, implementable solutions for her clients.
Laurie has over 19 years of experience across a diverse background in corporate real estate with experience in transaction management, lease administration, project and program management, and portfolio strategy. Laurie joined CBRE in 2003 as part of the Sprint Nextel GCS account team where she supported the development and implementation of the client’s workplace program. Prior to joining the Global Workplace Strategy practice, Laurie was dedicated to the Bank of America account. In her role as a regional strategist, Laurie worked with the client to develop long-term strategies that aligned portfolio plans with business requirements.
Prior to joining CBRE, Laurie was a Real Estate Analyst with T. Rowe Price Associates in Baltimore where she was responsible for strategic real estate analysis and planning. Laurie spearheaded the development and implementation of a CAFM system for the global investment management firm. She was also responsible for real estate acquisition/disposition and lease management.
