Lawrence has worked for CBRE since 2016 and joined its Debt & Structured Finance team in 2020. He is based out of New York City and is a designated producer for CBRE's Private Client Lending platform, which among other products offers directly-funded agency loans through Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, providing highly-competitive financing for qualified multifamily borrowers nationwide. We leverage these capabilities and our relationships with various other capital sources to deliver to our clientele the most well-vetted, professional and competitive debt solutions for their real estate investments.
