He's based out of New York City & is a designated producer for CBRE's Business Lending platform which directly funds Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae Agency Loans, nationwide; A highly competitive product for qualified multifamily. We leverage these capabilities & our relationships with various other capital sources to deliver our clientele the most well vetted, professional & competitive debt solutions for their real estate investment.
Lawrence graduated from Villanova University's School of Business with a B.S. in Finance & Real Estate co-major.
