Lawrence “L.J.” Papaleo is a Syracuse native with comprehensive knowledge of the market and a diverse background in real estate, especially in the multifamily sector. Since 2016, L.J. has represented clients in more than 100 transactions including commercial, residential, investment, and REO properties with a gross consideration in excess of $10 million. L.J. is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
Prior to his career in real estate, L.J. played professional soccer in Poland for Baltyk Gdynia and locally for the Syracuse Silver Knights. As a member of the Syracuse Orange men’s soccer team, L.J was a two-time member of the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
