Lawrence Papaleo

Lawrence “L.J.” Papaleo is a Syracuse native with comprehensive knowledge of the market and a diverse background in real estate. Lawrence started his career in residential real estate in 2016, then made the jump to commercial in November of 2022. His focus is Multifamily and Student Housing sales across central New York. Lawrence attends Multifamily tradeshows like the NMHC Apartment Strategies Conference annually and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.

Prior to his career in real estate, L.J. played professional soccer in Poland for Baltyk Gdynia and locally for the Syracuse Silver Knights. As a member of the Syracuse Orange men’s soccer team, L.J was a two-time member of the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
