Lawrence Wolfert

Larry Wolfert currently serves as the Senior Managing Director of Global Occupier Accounts at CBRE. In his role, he oversees strategic direction, operational execution, and delivery of integrated solutions for clients across the Tech, Media and Telecoms sector. He collaborates closely with various departments to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction, leveraging CBRE’s extensive services, expertise, information, systems, industry-leading resources, and award-winning technology to ensure transformative service delivery programs tailored to each client.

Prior to this role, Larry also served as the Americas Solutions Leader for CBRE’s Leasing business, where he was responsible for designing and implementing customized strategies that align with the evolving needs of global corporate occupiers. Larry is one of the few individuals that have held Solutions roles for each of the service lines of the company.

Prior to joining CBRE, Larry was Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield, where he led account strategy and service delivery across multiple client engagements. He also served as Senior Director at Salesforce, overseeing real estate operations outside of company headquarters during a period of rapid global expansion, with a focus on international growth and M&A integration.

Earlier in his career, Larry held leadership roles at Visa, starting as Director of Workplace Solutions and later becoming Head of Strategy and Planning for Visa’s global real estate portfolio. He also spent five years in management consulting at KPMG Consulting (BearingPoint), delivering strategic and operational solutions for the Corporate Real Estate teams of Fortune 500 clients, including American Express, Chevron, Burger King, Visa, Morgan Stanley, and Cisco.
