Larry Zipf

Larry Zipf joined CBRE in 2013 as Managing Director of Property Management – Retail upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the Philadelphia region’s leading retail brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry.

Upon stepping into an expanded role as Managing Director of all Property Management for CBRE’s Greater Philadelphia region in 2015, Larry leads a team of 7 directors and associate directors, and a local staff of approximately 160 management, accounting and engineering personnel. He oversees a portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties of nearly 50 million SF, where CBRE provides property and construction management, and owner financial reporting. In addition, Larry is in charge of property management of a portfolio of retail properties located throughout the United States. He also works extensively with lenders and clients on distressed assets and is CBRE’s representative as a court appointed Receiver.

Before joining Fameco in 2005, Larry was the Managing Director of Property Management for the Philadelphia region at CBRE, where he oversaw 10 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. Immediately prior, he was a partner at Jackson Cross Company and responsible for a real estate portfolio of 16 million square feet.
