Leah Balerno is a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Industrial & Logistics group. Leah and her team specialize in lease negotiation, lease restructuring, acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suit, site selection, and ground-up development. Her dedication and attention to detail allow her to exceed client expectations. She provides the highest level of client service with real-time market insight, vast industry knowledge, strategic negotiating advice and a creative deal approach.
Additionally, Leah and her team are able to deliver CBRE’s full suite of services including, supply chain optimization, project management, labor analytics, financial consulting, cost segregation and property management.
Leah started her career in commercial real estate in 2006 and has continued to focus on the Industrial sector since. Prior to joining CBRE, she spent nearly two decades with Cushman & Wakefield. She was the recipient of the Cushman & Wakefield Rising Star Award for Industrial Brokerage in 2012, has been honored with a CoStar Power Broker award in various years and was the recipient of the Philadelphia Business Journal 40 under 40 in 2018.
