Lee A. LeGate

As Vice President within CBRE’s Technology Sector, Lee provides executive leadership for all aspects of the Enterprise business for assigned customers. Emphasis is on achieving client satisfaction, business growth, financial performance and talent development. Develops and maintains strong relationships with all customers, ensuring they are highly satisfied with CBRE’s service delivery.

As a tenured CBRE professional he has been providing services to Clientele since 2005. Prior to his current role, Lee served as the global project management executive for all customers with the technology, media and telecom sectors. He also served as the Alliance Director for CBRE’s Clients VISA, McKesson and Chevron.

Lee brings a unique perspective and extensive experience to both his clientele and colleagues allowing him to best serve all constituents. He has been providing services to the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years. His Client list includes firms in the financial services industry, oil & gas, insurance, legal, hospitality, consulting, capital market investors and real estate developers.

Accomplishments include delivering value added services, savings and cost avoidance strategies to Clients, development of corporate office campuses, data center development, lead major portfolio divestment programs, strategy for implementation of technology solutions to provide industry leading management and reporting capabilities in the transactional, portfolio, facility and project management arenas.

Lee is a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) and a CA licensed real estate sales person.
