Lee Legate

As Sr. Managing Director for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business group, Lee leads Project Management for the Western US for customers based within this region. As point for CBRE’s Project Management center of excellence, he provides strategic, best practice and talent support to our GWS customers and their corresponding project management teams. Additionally, Lee supports the CBRE’s Solutions Team in developing service offerings to new Clientele.

As a tenured CBRE professional he has been providing services to GWS Clientele since 2005. Prior to his current role, Lee served as the Alliance Director for CBRE’s GWS Clients VISA, McKesson and Chevron. His account teams delivering transaction management, project management, facility management, and lease administration services. Additionally, he also served as a Director within CBRE’s Local Market Area Project Management Team.

Lee brings a unique perspective and extensive experience to both his clientele and colleagues allowing him to best serve all constituents. He has been providing services to the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years. His Client list includes firms in the financial services industry, oil & gas, insurance, legal, hospitality, consulting, capital market investors and real estate developers.

Significant accomplishments include; delivered in excess of $90M in value added services, savings and cost avoidance strategies to Clients, development of corporate office campuses, data center development, lead major portfolio divestment programs, strategy for implementation of technology solutions to provide industry leading management and reporting capabilities in the transactional, portfolio, facility and project management arenas.

Prior to joining CBRE, he led LeGate & Company, Inc., a professional firm organized to provide real estate development services to corporate users and investors. Lee began his career with The Koll Companies, a leading West coast real estate development and property management services firm. He also was affiliated with the Galbreath Company and LaSalle Partners based in San Francisco CA.
