Legend Grigsby

Legend is a Transaction Management Analyst in CBRE’s San Antonio Office, supporting leasing and investment sales for office properties across the city’s urban core and suburban submarkets. He works alongside a top-producing brokerage team, representing institutional landlords in the marketing, positioning, and leasing of Class A and B office assets.

Legend began his career at CBRE as an intern, where he gained hands-on experience in market research, valuation, and tenant prospecting. After earning his degree in Engineering Science from Trinity University, he joined CBRE full-time, bringing a strategic and analytical mindset to every transaction.

A natural communicator with a passion for problem solving, Legend plays an integral role in financial modeling, proposal generation, and helps identify opportunities for both retention and new business development.

Outside of brokerage, Legend is actively engaged in the local commercial real estate community as he was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for a Special Improvement District in San Antonio. He brings the same energy and initiative to his career that once made him a standout student-athlete, with a track record of discipline, leadership, and drive.
