Leigh Anne Yeargan joined CBRE as Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment in May 2024. She provides strategic legal support to business and People team leaders regarding compliance with existing labor and employment laws globally.
Leigh Anne has more than 20 years of experience in employment law and litigation. Before joining CBRE, she spent nearly three years as Chief Counsel, Labor and Employment at Tyson Foods, Inc. While there, she managed the labor and employment legal department and developed strategies in all employment matters, including high-exposure cases.
Prior to Tyson Foods, Leigh Anne worked at Walmart Stores, Inc. where she managed the Litigation Support Class Action and Employment Teams, overseeing some of the most significant employment litigation facing the company.
Leigh Anne also worked at Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, PLLC, where she represented companies in various employment, commercial and insurance cases and gained extensive appellate practice. She started her career at the Office of the Arkansas Attorney General, Civil Division where she represented state agencies and employees in state and federal litigation, including employment, class action and constitutional matters.
