Leigh Kimzey

Leigh Kimzey is a Senior Analyst for Portfolio Administration Services located in the Memphis, TN North American Operations Center.

Leigh joined CBRE in 2003 as an Analyst assigned to the HCA – East account. Leigh brings an extensive background in real estate leasing and has developed an expertise in the management of the Hospital Portfolio structure. Leigh was instrumental in assisting HCA in a major software conversion from MRI to Yardi.

Attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, document research/interpretation, efficiencies in processing, accurate database management and strong client service are some of the skills that Leigh has continued to display for her clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Leigh worked for Methodist Healthcare as the Corporate Paralegal and then became the Leasing Supervisor/Property Manager where she was responsible for all aspects of tenant leasing and relations.
