Leigh Ann Sledge is a Senior Appraiser and has been with CBRE, Inc. since 2015. Ms. Sledge is a member of both the CBRE Hotels Valuation & Advisory team as well as the Valuation & Advisory Services division with expertise for a variety of property types including office, multifamily residential, industrial, retail, self-storage, special-use, and land development assignments. Ms. Sledge’s primary geographic region is Central and Southeast Texas, but she has experience in markets throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Kansas.
Ms. Sledge brings a broad range of financial services experience to the Austin valuation team. Early in her career, she joined CBRE’s Financial Consulting Group where she was an analyst on CMBS portfolio acquisition underwriting assignments and assisted the brokerage team on lease analysis projects. She later held Investment Analyst, Trading and Assistant Portfolio Manager roles for an Austin-based investment advisory firm representing institutional clients and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining CBRE again in 2015, Ms. Sledge developed and managed a 350-unit, family-owned self-storage facility and has since acted in an advisory role for additional self-storage developments in the Central Texas area.
Ms. Sledge has valued more than 500 hospitality properties in the South Central Region, ranging from economy limited service to luxury, beachfront resorts and has also participated in a variety of hospitality feasibility and consulting assignments.
