He brings over 35 years of expertise practicing interior architecture, workplace strategy, real estate and facility management delivering an integrated and collaborative approach recognized for impactful results.

Len has recently completed an embedded role with HSBC bank in Canada, leading national culture transformation and change management.

Prior to CBRE, Len worked with Haworth, Herman Miller, HOK, ISI, AT&T.
