Lennon Atteberry

Lennon Atteberry joined CBRE in 2007 and is currently a First Vice President working on behalf of owners and landlords for CBRE’s Agency Advisory and Transaction Services Group. Whether as an individual representative or as part of a team, Lennon has played a key role in negotiating complex real estate transactions on behalf of his clients. In the past three years alone, he has been actively involved in over 1.5 million square feet of new developments, and 1.2 million square feet of repositioning and rebranding assignments. Lennon’s strong background in capital deployment and financial modeling, along with learned and perfected experience in amenity curation and activating spaces have served to benefit his clients and their tenants.

Lennon's career began as a market analyst for CBRE's Puget Sound office market. This experience has proven to be invaluable to his development into one of the most enthusiastic and hardworking brokers in the Puget Sound.
