Leo Gurvich

GWS IMI – Industrial, Manufacturing and Infrastructure Leo Gurvich is a member of the Senior Leadership team in the IMI group within our Global Workplace Solutions. He serves as Procurement Director to the Project Management Team supporting this group. His duties include the conception and implementation of Principal work/General Contracting work for the Industrial clients.

Comcast
Leo has also served as the Senior Project Manager / Program Manager for the Comcast account. He was leading a team of professionals to assist in support of the new stores' retail program. His responsibilities comprised of advising Comcast on construction project process improvement, reporting management, program process and procedures, support to key issues and ensuring on-time site deliveries.

CBRE
He joined CBRE (then Trammell Crow Company) in 2004 as a Procurement Manager serving the Cingular Wireless account. Over his thirteen-year career, he has held various positions on Corporate Accounts and has been recognized as a top performer due to his focus on client satisfaction and quality service delivery, as well as proactively bringing solutions and best practices to his customers. Leo also participated with the CBRE FUSION Team, assisting in the development of multiple RFPs and completing bid analysis to select national preferred vendors.  

From 2008 to 2009, he contributed extensive research for the deployment of a white paper titled “Minimizing Construction Project Risk.” 

Overall, Leo offers a broad and comprehensive background in project management including experience in design and construction management, procurement management, and global sourcing. He is known for many strengths, which include, but are not limited to: systematic problem solving, impressive adaptability, and a relentless effort to satisfy his internal/external clients.
