Les Haggett serves as Senior Vice President at CBRE and helps lead the Philadelphia Advisory & Transaction Services team, with a focus on tenant advocacy. Les has been active in the Philadelphia marketplace since 2007. His experience includes representing over 7,000,000 square feet of Class A office properties for a number of institutional owners, and now focuses solely on tenant representation for a large cross section of the Philadelphia business community and clients around the globe. By leveraging CBRE’s best in class resources and with an unwavering commitment to put our clients first, Les brings the market insights and transaction expertise to realize the most optimal real estate outcomes for the organizations we represent.

Prior to joining CBRE, Les was selected for the National Young Leader and Rising Star Awards in 2014 and 2015 at a previous firm. A former hockey player, Les played two years of professional hockey in the AHL and ECHL and captained the ’04 and ‘05 Brown University Men’s Ice Hockey team. Les currently lives in Berwyn, PA with his wife, son and two dogs.
