Les Linder is the U.S. Head of Sectors and Specialty Practices for CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services. With a deep understanding of the evolving investment landscape, Les recognizes the importance of specialized expertise tailored to clients’ unique asset classes and investment strategies. As a trusted liaison between clients and CBRE’s network of sector and specialty experts in multifamily, industrial, retail, and office sectors, Les plays a pivotal role in connecting clients with the right expertise for their investment goals. The CBRE team’s deep insights extend to diverse asset classes such as student housing, data centers, self-storage, manufactured housing, c-stores, HUD, and life sciences.
Mr. Linder brings more than 35 years of real estate valuation and consulting experience, addressing a wide range of needs for many of CBRE’s most important clients. He is a Designated Member (MAI) of the Appraisal Institute, a Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He also served as the President of the Great Lakes Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has testified as an expert witness in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
