Leyha is an Associate on the Leasing Services team in Charlotte, NC. She helps companies from Seed to IPO and beyond. Her clients range from venture-backed startups to global corporations, and she advises them on lease negotiations, renewals, relocation strategies, and portfolio optimization. Leyha treats real estate as a growth lever rather than an overhead line, aligning each footprint with where a business is headed. Connected across Charlotte’s startup and investor ecosystem, she helps high-growth founders turn capital into a scalable headquarters. She built her foundation in the Savills Junior Broker Development Program in Houston, with rotations across Brokerage, Project Management, Finance, and Artificial Intelligence, and began her career as an Intern at CBRE in Office Agency Leasing.
