Liam is a member of CBRE’s Industrial Capital Markets team in the NYC Metropolitan Area - specializing in distribution and fulfillment centers, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), and land development. Starting his career with CBRE in 2022 as a financial analyst, Liam has developed a strong foundation for evaluating investment opportunities. He now helps drive transaction volume for both institutional & private equity clients in the acquisition as well as the disposition of strategically located industrial assets throughout NY/NJ.
Liam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Real Estate from Monmouth University, where he also competed on the NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer program.
