Lillian Watkins joined CBRE in March 2024 as a Client Services Specialist supporting the National Retail Partners – Carolinas team. She manages daily operations and creates strategic marketing deliverables for retail investment properties, including unanchored assets, power centers, and grocery-anchored centers. Her responsibilities include market research, developing marketing strategies, and producing materials such as Offering Memorandums, Broker Opinions of Value, flyers, email campaigns, and online listings to drive multi-million-dollar transactions.
Prior to joining National Retail Partners – Carolinas, she worked as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, where she enhanced the company’s digital presence through targeted email campaigns and social media strategies, increasing engagement and conversion rates while crafting compelling content to connect with audiences.
