Lilly Tse

Lilly Tse is a Marketing Specialist for the Tri-State Marketing Team, partnering with the 200+ brokerage professions who cover Manhattan’s Midtown, Midtown South and Downtown markets. An expert at developing PowerPoint proposals, presentations, banners and other new business and property marketing materials such as stacking plans, maps and graphics, Lilly brings valuable insight to the marketing team gained from more than 10 years with CBRE. Beginning as an administrative professional then a Client Services Coordinator for the Global Corporate Services (GCS) Team, Lilly developed strong relationships with the professionals she continues to support as well as a comprehensive grasp of the complexities of the real estate industry. She is valued by her team and coworkers for her steady disposition, work ethic and friendly work style.

In her role as Client Services Coordinator, Lilly provided administrative support to a team of 35 professionals in the GCS Transaction Management Department, including organizing the preparation and production of responses to RFPs and RFIs, and liaising with marketing and other support departments within CBRE to develop comprehensive property data documentation.
