Lily Hitchcock is a Business Development Marketing Specialist with the Midwest Marketing Business Development team, leading marketing strategy and business development pursuits for the St. Louis market. In this role, Lily creates a wide variety of corporate-branded marketing materials and custom client presentations and proposals, ensuring all materials meet established standards for branding and messaging. Lily manages entire projects from inception through completion, oversees content and collateral development, maintains a strong command of project schedule and status, and completes each project on time or communicates an alternative plan with stakeholders.

In the past year, Lily also supported the Midwest Property Marketing Studio as an interim Property Marketing Specialist while the studio underwent staffing transitions. During this period, she led the team in developing and executing marketing strategies, deliverables, and activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners across the Midwest market their existing buildings or developments to prospective occupants and their brokers.

Lily first joined CBRE in early 2016 as a Graphic Designer in Chicago with the Property Marketing Studio. In July of 2017, she transitioned to her former role as a Graphic Designer with the Midwest Business Development Team before relocating back to her hometown, St. Louis

Before joining CBRE, Lily was the Marketing Coordinator and Designer for a Chicago based marketing & venue management company. She also managed a successful freelance graphic and website design business, working with many high-profile brands, including Johnson & Johnson and Rite Aid. Lily earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, and Advertising, with an emphasis in Graphic Design and Event Planning, from Stephens College.

Overall, Lily brings over 12 years of graphic design and marketing strategy experience to her role. Her design savvy and creative problem-solving skills and her depth of experience working at CBRE, operating as part of our Midwest Marketing Team in many facets, help her provide refined and focused key messaging and service differentiators for pursuit development
